"Pain D'epices"....

I knew I had this photo floating around some where....just had to find it. The above photo is of the other side to the little 'French Cafe' that I posted some time ago (left). It is definately not one of my best photos but a lot of interest was shown in the first photo that I thought you would probably enjoy seeing the total building. As I said before this is in a dolls house shop in Paris....(please excuse the refection on the photo...it was taken through the shop window)

This is a verry lovely cafe, also on the other side there are beautiful details. The chimneys, the little window in the roof and the woman with her cat in the window, you can see that somebody nows her/his job of miniature.
Thanks for sharing with us,

Thank you for sharing. It reminds me so much of all the Tabacs where I had my morning coffee on my trip to France. I am very tempted to create something similar...one of these days after I finish about 100 other projects.

I wish I knew how to create such lovely objects d' arte..
Your blog has sparked an interest in doll houses. Maybe someday I'll have my own :)

Yes Vicki the shop is lovely to 'poke' around in, as is the arcade in which this shop is situated...it has other interesting little shops...wish I was there!!

Linda,
Your blog is so full of charm- it definitely portrays the charm of Paris that we all miss so much. I love the doll houses that you share. And thank you so much for your kind comment about my daughter. Have a blessed day.

Hi Linda,
I just had a virtual tour of the dollhouse store via the Roger Vivier website where they have a video journal of his brand ambassador Ines de la Fressange (former muse to Karl Lagerfield).
it's not long but quite charming.
especially to hear someone speak French so well and stylishly. I am sure you already know of her and the video but just in case, You might enjoy it. I have thing for doolhouses, something for this former designer to do in her retirement days! Love you site and will add to bloglist.
