Ideas for my next project...?

I've been playing with a few ideas for my next miniatures project. I have no firm ideas of what I want to do, but I do know that with my love of all things French it will certainly have that feel about it.....again!
I would like to take this chance to thank you all for the beautiful comments I recieved regarding the completion of the 'petite maison'. Your comments were wonderful and I was thrilled with each and every one....thank you so very much! Linda x

How about a shop with a french theme? A patisserie? hat shop? flower shop? boutique? :)

Oh, I'm so impatient!

I want to open my swap gift, but haven't even received it yet.

Patience not one of my strong points! lol!

Oh yes, a shop of any kind would be great. A antiques shop would allow so many different sorts of pieces to be displayed. I think it would be fun to do a French cafe'.
What ever you choose, I know it will be great!

I wonder what theme you're going to choose. Seeing the pots I thought you may work on a French country house with an old fashioned style. Merry jingle suggested "provençal", it would be great. I did a provençal room, not completely finished, I will show it after the summer holidays. In August I will go to Arles and hope to get more ideas for my room. However a shop would be nice too.

How about a shop,"provençal" style. One of those in the real countryside, that has a lot of different items besides food! Pots and pans, shoes and fabric, and so on. You can actually use what ever you want. Outside there is boxes of all types of fresh fruit. And I guess the shop could sell a lot of bread and pastries!
Above the shop there is a small apartment. A small but cosy kitchen, a tiny bathroom and maybe a combined living room/bedroom. This way you can use any kind of shabby looking items and play around with a lot of stuff!!!
O and if you don't use the idea...I'll do it...sounds so much fun!!!!!

How about a real shop? One in which I can browse and buy all your beautiful creations! Your weathered flower pots and clematis and daffodils and tulips are so pretty!

I love Synnoves Provencal shop idea! There are so many possibilities. But a fleuriste is also very tempting, especially as you are so accomplished at making flowers. Whatever you decide, I know it will be beautiful.

Synnove's idea sounds very do-able. Will this new project be a scratch build or will you be looking at a kit? Irene
