Lifes favorite joys....

....this is one of my many photos I took in Paris in 2008. As the title says.... 'lifes favorite joys'....well they are for me. I can't possibly walk past a beautiful crystal chandelier with out stopping.... but when I stop a photograph is a must! With this photo I got a bonus, I also got the reflection of the beautiful building across the street.....I miss Paris!!!

It's beautiful! I have a thing for chrystal chandeliers also, especially antique ones :)

You have a wonderful time in Paris when you get there :)

Beautiful picture Linda.
I remember when I was young my mother told my father not to buy her anything for her birthday and when he came home that night he discovered she had bought herself a chandelier!

I have just bought 2mm CZ round crystal beads. They are as magical as Swarovski's. Also some FANTASTIC "half drilled" (from the top of the tear, not though the side of the top) teeny tiny tear drop CZ's. I have every intention of making a miniature crystal chandelier with as little metal showing as possible. It should be fun. N'est-ce pas?

I love that photo you took!

Bonjour Linda,
THis is beautiful! I did a post a few weeks back on a photo I took of a painting in a gallery window here in Paris and the building reflection as well.
You must be excited about your trip, I'll try to order up some sunshine for you!
Happy SUnday,
Mimi
