My lastest acquisition....

This is one of my latest purchases....aren't they divine? These are made by Eve at 'After Dark Miniatures'. She makes the most fabulous items and there was no-way that I could allow myself to miss-out on these beauties!! Eve has some amazing miniatures on her blog and I know I shall be back for more.....Thank You Eve, I adore them!!
I believes these will work in perfectly with all my ideas for my next project......Yesterday saw me buy the timber to start my next project & today might see it actually get 'cut-out'!!!!....so I am excited to say that the next project has officially started!!!
...I must thank Eve also for the use of her photos for this post....
p.s....the wooden stand is made by Canadian miniaturist Thomas Saunders...it is exquisite!!!

Oh you are going to taunt and tease us, drive us mad with curiosity about that next project.

So now we must play 20 questions to see who can figure it out first.

Question #1. Is it bigger than a breadbox?

Linda Carswell said...

....are you really that interested...?

Answer to your question...lol!....Yes!

The turned wooden stand is every bit as perfect as the apples, and whatever your next project it, it's going to be fabulous!

Those apples are simply divine! They are so real looking. Better than the ones I have, as they are only wooden, but, I did get them in Paris. :)

I know I owe you and email and I'm getting to it, I promise!

Isn't Tom's work wonderful? I have quite a few of his pieces, just purchased a hat stand from him and he's working on some more for me. :) He's such a funny guy!

You've been showing the most delightful things on your blog as of late. I love the rose china, I can see your obsession with it.

Congratulations on your now, well over five hundred followers!

Linda it's a beautiful piece. Both the apples and the stand are wonderful. I'm very cusrious about your next project; if I have to rely on this piece may be it will be more rustic than the Petite Maison.Anyway I'm sure it will be lovely and perfect as your work has always been. Have a nice evening Rosanna

What an excellent choice Tom' stand is for those beautiful apples.

I'm guessing the new project is a French country store.

Hello Linda :) and everyone else too!

I'm very happy everyone likes the apples stack, I love Toms work and I think it looks just wonderful with these, its so fine I have purchased a whole lot more too!

I'm very happy to know that the apples are now safely in a new home far away with their wonderful new owner Linda.

I have been hidden away working hard on my new website and some new fruit and a few other new miniatures besides, but I will be about soon.

I'm keeping an eye on your blog when time permits Linda, lovely miniatures by the way just superb.

Take care Linda Eve :)
