....yesterday took us back to the Musee Carnavalet. I was there two years ago and took many, many photos (as you may have expected....!) But I was never really very happy with my photos of the beautiful gardens.....there were just far too many people there to get that one nice shot. Well, I am happy to say that the cold weather must have kept every one indoors while I had the garden to myself. So needless to say I am a lot happier with my photos this time around, yes...I was more than happy to endure the cold breeze for a good photo!

Wonderful photos Linda! What a stunning garden!
I took some grat photos there too Linda. It is such a gorgeous setting, I could take photos there all day. Yours are spectacular, a few views I missed. Next time?
Absolutely beautiful..x
Linda... Those photos are as GORGEOUS as the gardens. WOW if a little leaf sticks out I imagine someone runs out with a pair of scissors to trim it off. LOL What a lovely place! I bet you are enjoying not having to deal with so many tourists ruining your shots.
Truly amazing! You could write a book on all the wonderful places you have been. Love it all.Fiona
Maravilloso jardin, maravillosas fotos. Gracias por compartir esta belleza.
¿Cuantas horas de mantenimiento para tenerlo así de precioso?

Beautiful photos of a magical spot. You were incredibly lucky to have the space to yourself. The garden is stunning:) I'm enjoying traveling vicariously through you lol.
The musée Carnavalet is one of the museums I love in Paris.

We had never been to this museum until our trip last year...and I had the same problem taking photos of the gardens. They are so beautiful with their twists and turns! Wouldn't I love to have lived there with Madame de Sevigne!

Beautiful photos of one of my favourite museums in Paris. Carla
Your photos are a joy to look at - and it's so cool to see these places and things and even if I haven't gone to the exact spot, it does look like something I saw when I was in Paris at the same time as you!
