My love of wicker continues....

I have long admired the work of miniature artist Lidi Stroud .....in particular her wonderful French picnic basket (with wine carrier attached). So you might imagine my delight (& immense joy!!!) when it arrived in the mail. As we all always say....a photo never does real justice to someone work, but I tried very hard to capture all of its detail.....it is REALLY wonderful!!!

Many many thanks to you again Lidi x.

...dont forget to visit Lidi's Etsy store!!!...

Gosh I have missed a few post I see... The baskets are wonderful. I do like Lidi's work. I met her in London (a few years ago now I believe) and saw her beautiful wicker work. The photos you took (and the styling of them) are great and give a good impression of the lovely detail on them.

The bookcase with all the porcelain is also wonderful. Love the soft grey and the white of the porcelain and the touch of red inside. Beautiful!

Hi Linda
I love your wicker pieces. That picnic set is adorable. I am your newest follower. I would love it if you would follow me as well. I just have a small blog and not nearly as sophisticated as yours, but I do enjoy blogging.
