Buttons has arrived....

....yes, dear little Buttons has arrived at the Petite Maison....

....he's been having a good look about....

....I hope he will like his new home....

....I think he looks happy to be here....

....he found the shopping basket, he must be wanting his dinner....

....yep! the bowls empty....!
As most of you already know, I am the very proud and happy winner of the fabulous 'give away' held by Catherine of http://kilmouskiandme.blogspot.com/ . Buttons is all hand made by Catherine....it makes my mind boggle as to the talents of some people. Catherine sent Buttons via "Express Mail" from America to his new home here in Australia...(so in my mind he flew 'business class and not 'economy'..lol!)...but we are both pleased that he arrived safely!! He is the most adorable little fellow and I am thrilled to bits to have him living in my little French house.
Once again a very big thank you to Catherine, little Buttons shall always be a treasured addition to the petite maison.

He looks totally 'at home', and none the worse for wear for his long flight. Really he is the perfect addition to La Petite Maison :)

Wow, that was fast! :)

He is so precious, I keep waiting for him to move, or bark.

Amazing!

What a lucky dog, luxury living for a pampered pup. Plus he did not have to sit in a quarantine kennel for 6 weeks waiting for you to pick him up.

Hi Linda,

I found your blog in the past month and have avidly read it from the beginning. You are so inspiring. Blogs are new to me and it has taken me till today to figure out how to correctly follow the many blogs I have found and read this month. I also figured out now how to post a comment. So I had to take the time to tell you how impressed I was with your dollhouse, and I am anxiously awaiting your new project.

All these blogs are inspiring me to try one myself. But minis take up so much time!!

Thanks again for sharing your work.
