Gordes....

This is my second visit to this amazing little village of Gordes....the first was four years ago & it was the middle of summer.... this is a tiny hill top town and it was bursting with tourists making it far too difficult to move about....but another visit and this time the weather was a lot cooler (but a lovely sunny day non the less) but obviously too cold for the tourist.....lucky me!!
We are now back in Paris after our trip to Italy, the weather is not the best....wet & cold....but it doesn't matter, we are very snug in our little apartment....after all, it is Paris!

I wouldn't mind wet and cold weather if I was in Paris either, lol!

Yes...a bit wet & cold, but all the streets are smothered in autumn leaves....there is always a little magic in Paris no matter what the weather...wishing you were here Mercedes!!!

There are so many lovely little villages to see in France aren't there, we whizzed through and couldn't explore many so there will be plenty to see next time! Thanks for all your great photos.

I've been there, I've been there and I love it !! Luberon is a charming region.
The bastide of the movie "A good year" is very close, have you seen it? and the protagonist's little bistrot was in the main place of Gordes near the fountain. We loved the movie and we looked for all the details. Lovely weather as well.
see you soon, Rosanna
Only 15 days....

I love those narrow laneways that you find in Europe. They are so charming. I always wonder what is around the corner.

It is true that at the moment the weather is horrible in the north of France.
I'm glad you enjoyed Gordes, your photos are superb.

un pueblo medieval precioso, esas calles estrechas son muy mediterráneas, una verdadera joya.

a beautiful medieval town, the narrow streets are very Mediterranean, a real gem.
